I am saving up my cash, and when I open up a pvp pack, I noticed I have less cash now, and refresh the ****ing stupid pvp pack again. Is there a confirmation or another money grab to take my cash?

I know I get a prompt to spend the cash if its not refresh, but I did not intend to spend $45 cash to refresh. The placement is stupid, since its over the empty pack.
