5 days ago..
The problem started just before the Big update.
After 5 hours no connection the new update arrived.
Connection back up, only not for my roommate (that plays also)
3 days hey haves the same error.
day 4 hey can connect, and i am out
day 5 both out
today I reinstalled windows, hard reset the router, redownloaded r6.
Still this error.
ports are open.
UPnP open
nothing on that support page works
if log files are needed i can post them (not in this post its to long)

8 page thread, 100 replies, they dont care. I have had a ticket open since december, i get a new customer service rep every response and EACH TIME THEY JUST REPEAT WHAT SOMEONE ELSE SAID. probably some of the worst customer service ever
got to love that nobody knows what's wrong (and i can't even log in day 3 for my and day 6 for my roommate)
- reddit > getting downvote for asking what i can do..
- ubi forum > nothing (the bans are more important)
- ubi support is on holiday or so
- twitter > no respone.

And about the support thatch just a fir hired to answer phones read from the website.
no understanding when i talk about renew ipv4 or flush dns they don't know what it means.
or just say fast > where looking in to it you will get a mail (waiting for that mail 5 day's now)

After that no more response (on this moment i think there are only 2 / 3 persons at work at ubi because I always get the same person)
And I know that that 1 / 2 are my connections (pc > router > provider) 3-30 thats the data center / server for so far I understand it.
I have also had this issue for 5 days and have opened multiple tickets to which get no response. This support team is an absolute joke I am at the point where I'm getting pissed and am going to call in and raise hell but it sounds like even that will fall on deaf ears. What a sad excuse for a tech team. They suggest on this issue to contact support as this error code directly relates to their own servers not being able to reach the player, yet when you do they don't even bother responding and the live chat feature is completely broken and just sits at the loading screen endlessly. At least I know I'm not alone in this ridiculous struggle.
