Hello can you help me i can't take my team rewards my ING is Eltigre1992

I got the other way around... Had taken all personal rewards except for the last. And all team rewards unlocked except for the last one. Entered the game and my team had unlocked the last reward. Played a few PvP games to get my last personal reward. Nothing showed up so I went to check the reward screen. Now it states I have already claimed the final personal reward, which I had not. Which kinda sucks, considering the last pack is always the best in the events... -_-
