I changed Group Right when the Event started - was under top 15 in My Group during the Event. Now i can‘t claim My Event-packages.... hat’s big ****!!!!! At least they could have warned me when changing. And anyway, i cant get why i should not get them when i get a lot for My Team.... only because i was 3minutes late.
Change this please!!!! Or at least warn your Players

I can assure you, our improved anti-cheat is working. I would suggest taking some video recordings of your matches and if you think something is 'suspicious', go back and count the energy after the match and you will see that the user was not cheating. It is easy to lose track of that in the heat of a battle, which is why going back and viewing a match later can be useful. However, if you do feel that for some reason, the match is still off, you can report that match, using the in game report feature, located in the in-game phone, under the settings. That gives us more details about the match and speeds up the process of us investigating the issue.

That is what I have actually been doing for about 3 mouths... with an amount of 500+ cheaters detected, when Ubidomz was here i reported like 150+ cheaters and nothing has been done.
Your current anticheat method is obsolete (because new mods for cheaters are already out) and caused nothing but more bugs.
This is a problem that affects mostly ranks up to 50 and the lowest players in the legendary rank.
According to players in my team who reached legendary rank and are now around the 2000th position, the game presents less cheaters from that rank on.
The report function is good, less waste of time in making videos for yt.
But it is limited to 5 reports, that is not enough for the amount of suspected plays you can find, just because during events there is an abuse of cheats.
