Can't find my own map editor maps

Hi, so i had map in map editor on which i put a lot of time in to and later i was having other problems with my pc so i reinstalled the whole pc. And now i installed Far Cry 4 again and tried to edit my map again but it said i don't have any own maps. I did release a work in progress of the map cuz i wanted my brother to try it out. And the location where my Far Cry 4 was installed was on my other 2tb disk which i did nothing when i reinstalled my pc so all that stayed in there. So im wondering is there any way to download the work in progress map and edit it or can i get the map somehow from my 2tb disk. Thanks!

User maps are stored on your harddisk in the following location:
    Code:
    C:\Users\<YOURNAME>\Documents\My Games\Far Cry 4\<YOUR_UPLAY_ID>\user maps
Note that this location is in your Windows profile's Documents folder, which is separate from your Far Cry 4 installation folder.

If you don't have your old Windows profile data backed up, you probably can't find your maps on your harddisk. So you'll want to download your latest published version ingame via the map browser. Just select "Download" instead of "Play", and you can edit it in the editor once it's finished downloading.
