An idea for change OOS boring backslide dodge.

Change the dodge in OOS in a sort of "survival instinct"
theoretically if you try to dodge without stamina, you should fall to the ground

A character in oos cant dodge, cant run and cant attack but he need to react or is so easy to kill! So, the only thing for saving the life of OOS players can be Defence! just parry,
a sort of survival instinct a passive trait for ALL heroes that make the last defence a bit more effective, a little rush that make all Parry without click heavy for a short time. But
Player have to use reflex well for it like a perfect parry.

is so stupid to see characters in OOS spam backslide in absurd distances. if you are in OOS you cant escape, you just can defend yourself.

Uhm, and unblockable melee attacks that cannot be parried? Get OOS and eat Cent / HL Kick, Caber Toss, Headbutt, Warden / Conq Shoulderbash all day! Very good idea Tecknoterrorist. Again you didn't even think about the impact on basic moves in FH.

So basically you become complete shark food for unblockable melee bash attacks. You haven't thought this through very well at all. And the notion of having an all-parry system without the need to press heavy when in OOS is not good either.

Just reduce the distance of back dash when in OOS or make back dashing momentarily stop your stamina regen. Problem solved.

So you want unblockable melee attacks to be removed? Otherwise your idea would instantly make the Characters having these moves totally OP.

Being OOS already has been tweaked:
    - blocking does not interrupt light chains
    - added block damage from lights

That was added 2-3 patches ago. Then we have alot of OOS punishes:
    - Warden SB mixup
    - Raider Zone mixup or parry baiting
    - HL offensive stance parry baiting
    - Gladiator Toe Stab into throwdown
    - etc...

Being OOS is, imo, fine tuned at the moment. No need to change it. If you bring your opponent OOS, stay near and GB / softfeint GB him? If he tries to dodge - GG.

My ideas to improve are Character related. Since the parry changes imo the core mechanics are fine. Revenge, OOS, parry rewards, GB / CGB, dodge, feints, pretty good balance. Characters need more work, but that is true for every PvP game since forever.

Looks like someone got frustrated in a new way and decided to make a post about it OOS is punishing enough, even a dodge is balanced because GB could break it.

Just make it delay stamina regen if you dodge backwards. That way certain characters can't just spam it until they recover all their stamina.

Btw, if I'm not mistaken, in OOS you can't to do a backroll, so it's not saving you from GB or a long attack. But gives you a minimal mobility to stay out.

This is one of the worst ideas I've read here. Don't get me wrong, backdodging while OOS is way too easy and risk free, but this is definitely not the way to fix it.

Devs already said they'll do something about it, so hang tight.
