After a chain combo or a faint maybe?
Everytime I play Shugoki I feel like I'm playing russian roulette with the enemy, Everything in his kit seems designed to punish yourself in exchange of something.
1. Shugoki is the slowest hero in the game and the most squishy of heavies. But he can burst you like an insect.
2. His uninterruptible stance is a main part of his kit, but once breaked, you'll take serious additional damage.
3. Charge of the Oni is useful to escape from corners and nasty ganks, but costs you a lot of precious stamina, thanks to the highest stamina cost and slowest regen in the game.
4. Demon's Embrace is literally a deal with the devil. You can get insta kills and regen your health, but someday, the devil will make you miss that slow and predictable move, and it will cost your life and your dignity.
Is there any Shugoki main to trade some ideas for this character?

Demons embrace is the only unblockable gb a shugoki had, with a cause if it miss ,this need rework ,the animation kills him if being swarmed by enemy teamates, atleast he should get a perma hyper armor/ dmg reduction during the animation.
what i think imho he should get a feint attack after a light following a heavy which i think he will use the pummel of the weapon and apply an effect like a raider stunning tap
a shugoki has 4 attackd
1. light + heavy
2 light + headbutt
3. heavy + heavy
4. charged heavy
although the follow up heavy can be cancelled to something like light or demons embrace. ( high chance to
miss )
adding a unblockable pummel strike feinting the heavy follow up like the new reworked kensei but much improved version with the effect of stunning tap from raider would be great as disabler since he is.
please excuse my grammar if its bad

Although the pummel strike is a cool idea, I think it was stolen by the kensei and their attacks would be too similar. It is very hard to balance shugoki because of his hyper armor without making him overpowered. I personally can't think of a good way to make him viable. The key to most successful Shugoki's is good game knowledge and timing so I don't know how to buff him without making him too good.
