Far Cry Arcade/Map Editor as Standalone

    Hi,

I'm very happy to see the map editor coming with everything we liked in Far Cry 2. PVP and vehicles in multiplayers!

I would like to see a standalone, because I'm just tired of Far Cry single players. Far Cry 2 for me was the best because it really had a plausible background with great mechanic, but after that I played Far Cry 3 which was very bad (don't understand why they are making a remaster of it) and since then, it's always you vs psycho trying to dominate the world with drugs and other freak stuffs. I didn't try Far Cry Primal, but I think it was the most original one since Far Cry 2.

Do you think Ubisoft should release Arcade + Map Editor as a standalone?

    Thank you

    No !!
You want to play with editor and others online , you will have to buy full game like others.

Ubisoft will not be releasing part of the game separately, just like others wanted to have separate PvP from GRW.
    Just not going to happen.

    Hi!

While I appreciate that players will have their own preferences between the single-player campaign and Far Cry Arcade, I would not expect Far Cry Arcade to be released separately.

Besides, I mean... if you can have both, why not have both?

Sure, why not? ......that will be $60 USD please.

Oh, you're wondering about the folks that want the campaign as well? ......that will be $60 USD please.

Ubi isn't going to chop up the game into pieces to offer at discounted prices.

For every person who loved fc2 and hated fc3, there is at least another who thinks the opposite.

I tried the multi player on fc4 and it was utter festering bottom residue. I will be sticking to the campaign in 5 but wont expect a discount

Well considering FC3 outsold FC2 3 to 1, I'd say you're in the minority. Also, if you don't like the SP, just don't play it. I've heard some people enjoy the Map Editor enough that it justifies the price without touching the SP....

If we cant have a separate version of the arcade, can we at least have an option to open arcade from the FarCry 5 shortcut on Uplay?

That way if we want to just play Arcade we dont have to load the main game first, then select Arcade from the main menu, which shuts the main game anyways then opens up Arcade..

I.e. The options when we press Play would be

    FarCry 5
    FarCry 5 Arcade
    FarCry 5 Arcade Editor
