This is definitely on your end, I download the game/updates at my peak every time @13.5MBPS (My internet speed is 120MBPS) Nobody has ever complained about this, you're literally the first person we all have seen.

I just clocked my download speed at 996 mbps, so no, it isn't on my end. You guys are just okay with 10 mbps from uplay, so you think it's fine.

6.1 mbps is not your internet's peak, unless you live in a third world country, or pay 3 dollars a month for internet. Also, you're talking about Steam, not Uplay, which is what I downloaded it through. Reading comprehension is your friend, smart guy. You still didn't tell me what you think "QA" stand for.

That's what the second paragraph of my post is for. A community manager already covered Uplay-related download speeds. If it isn't Steam nor Uplay that's having an issue with dl speed, then I suggest using a mirror for a hint on where it might lie.

6.1 mbps is HORRIBLE, and you are certainly taking longer than 1.5 hours to download the game, if that's the case. It's hilarious that you tried to play it off like there is nothing wrong with that speed, but that's incredibly slow.
