I can play, friend of mine is on the infinite matchmaking screen, and another gets the above guys error code. Tried everything in the FAQ. Its seems to be only on outbreak, not sure about regular matchmaking.

I've forwarded all the ports and followed the steps from the FAQ and am getting a near constant error 2-0x0000D002A since the update today.
