I was just wondering how far away is the ability to apply the visuals from low gear score items to higher score items? Does anyone have any info on this besides "at some point in the future".

This already isn't a thing. You can always loot every type of gear, even the starter sets.

yeah what %? i got 1 starter helm with warden out of 50

Pretty sure all gear visuals have equal drop rates. The only thing that's "rare" is the refined gear, and that stuff doesn't drop until you've already unlocked the last tier.

It's simply luck of the draw, I'm afraid.
