shinobi is in a wierd spot right now he can be overpowered but not at all, he used to be a glass cannon but now he has a regular health pool and nearly unpunishable kick, my theory is to reset his healthpool and if we cant do that remove the hyper armor from the kick.

Eh, if his health gets reduced it should be no less than 100 hp. I think hes in an okay place for now, others need looking at far more than she does.
