Warlord full block and wall splat...??

So why is warlord heavy after blocking in full block not guaranteed? Why?

And can someone explain why if I wall spalt someone neither the top heavy (which is weaker) nor the side heavy are always guaranteed? I read that you need to release the throw just before the enemy hits so he gets stunned, but:

    1. what does that even mean?

    2. why would i need to do that while all the other heroes have their stronger attack always guaranteed?

Its all about recovery. What you want to do when doing a wall splat is to let go before the wall so they fly into it. Warlords guard break push has a recovery frame of it's own that conflicts with his attack after. So if you attack after you bring someone directly to the wall, they can block. So let go before the wall and you get a guaranteed side heavy. Even if you're a decent range from the wall and let go, you'll probably still get the wall splat because warlord push range even after you let go of the push is pretty high. Hope this was helpful.

As for the heavy not being guaranteed after full block, I say shenanigans. Should be guaranteed. It's a crap version of conq full block tbh.

If you time it right they are guaranteed. Time it an inkling to late and you can even be parried.
