Does the handle turn?
[I don't know if this has been talked about before...but..]
I was looking at the bikes in the garage and I noticed that the handle is somehow 'stuck' to the fuel tank. So my question is: Will the bike turn? Am I not seeing some hidden hinge that allows the bike to turn. (Yes, I do understand that it is a game with 2 degrees of freedom-forward and pitch- and the bike does not need to turn. However, I'm just curious.)

In their most iconic picture for TF, there seems to be slight angle to the front wheel. Its very rare even in the official TF bike pictures to show any turn at all. (with good reason, since you can't in-game)
Even if they didnt ever turn the wheels (not sure they ever did in the console versions either), it sure would be cool to be able to do some of the most basic FMX tricks, like Superman, Dead Body, etc. . . . for extra points towards a LB score; just enough to help counter the loss in speed/time. ie. have a new LB for the existing main set of bikes.... where high rank requires both "speed' and "style". 
(while in the air, tap the brake to start a trick...that plus the current angle of the bike determines which trick you do.... tap gas to end it before landing, or you crash).

Also I didn't find any foot pegs on any bike Feet just hanging in the air

You're right, I hadn't noticed that.
Another thing that I noticed that is the bikes are self-balancing.

Interesting thought, Welidien! Although adding this little feature may change the gameplay massively, but the more I imagine it, the more fun it seems
