    never again

    This is going to be the last time I download a game ubisoft. There is no support at all and you don't listen to the community. I have tried so many times to get some assistance with problems I am having. I could go on and on, but it's pointless because nobody is listening. You guys have destroyed what was a awesome game company that had very good customer support and Tom Clancy would be rolling over in his grave if he saw how you have destroyed his games and what his games always have been.

    I have asked on here with no response. I need to know how to move the ghost recon to a new computer. I don't want to download it again because my connection is so slow and I can't log into my uplay manage account. the 2 step isn't working

    I can't help you with PC related Problems, but did you try the Technical Forum? Sometimes it may help to mark your Thread with [Help needed] or similar.

    so if i understand you , you are done with Ubisoft because they wont solve a third party issue your having? makes sense i see your logic -

    We have made changes in game based on feedback we have received, and have a few more coming that are directly based on community feedback. I hate to hear that you feel as if you aren't being heard. Do you mind be a little more specific other than your technical issues? Or are the technical issues the main instances you are speaking to?

    My biggest problem is moving the game and uplay. my internet is just fast enough to play the game online. it took me 4 to 5 days to download it. I'm getting my new computer tomorrow and I don't want to wait 5 days to play again. all the rest are small problems compared to moving the game
