Okay, I'm glad it's not different for different people. That could really get confusing Actually it makes perfect sense to me that that the login for Your Shape Center would be the UBI ID and password, after all it is part of the Ubi site.

This is the same way it works for EA Sports Active 2. Login for the online content associated with the game is on the EA site and uses the EA site login information not Xbox Live information.

I had a bug with it not recognizing my game on your shape center. I emailed ubi support and they had it fixed within a day.

I have a similar problem "We couldn't retrieve your game data...". Few days ago it was ok. Now i think it may be important, i change may live ID login - account is the same but i change email address. I try this http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...1026098/m/4181088109 but it's no work.

Now is ok, i don't know, maybe yesterday was a problem with servers or something.

I am having a similar problem, except with an extra annoying twist. The instructions say to pause in game and select uplay from the menu to register. I'm not getting that as an option when I pause. Nor am I getting a help option. I need to get this working. I'm using it for a class project and I can't keep track of my data without getting into the website. Ideas?
