    I set up my Ubisoft account yesterday. When I tried to sync it to my Xbox today, through the Your Shape game, it wouldn't allow me to use my username because it was already taken-BY ME! So now when I try to log in to Register Your Shape, I get this:
    REGISTER YOUR SHAPEWe couldn't retrieve your game data.

    This area is dedicated to the owners of Your Shape Fitness Evolved, if you already own and have played the game make sure you've linked your xBox account to your Ubisoft account. You can achieve this via the ingame Uplay service, in the pause

    It seems like as much as I have tired to set it all up, I have 2 usernames and 2 passwords, and the sync wone work because they won't "share". Any Suggestions?

    Hello!

    I am having the same problem!! I am registered online and then we have our lil GNU person and I personalized that and we added our info for the UBISOFT and it's telling me we already exist but how can we exist if we didn't even create a password on UBISOFT?!
    I'm super frustrated right now.
    Oh and I'm having problems reading the darn thing too!!

    Same problem here. Created an account on the Ubi site. Put that login information into the Uplay account screen on Xbox. It tells me "Oops! Sorry but this email address is already in use. Try another email address or ubi.soft account."

    When I do try another email address, one that was not used yet to create an Ubi account, I get another error "oops! information entered was invalid or missing"

    Any help Ubi?

    I tried several times believing I was following their directions but I got nowhere. At best the feature needs improvment.

    Let me try to explain my situation. It might help some of you get to your stats.

    I first created an account at this site.

    Later, I created an Xbox Live account (and got my GamerTag), then went through the Uplay process in-game to connect them.

    Now, at this site, I have two identities. In fact, I can log in with either my GamerTag ID, or my UbiSoft ID. (I changed my original password for one so that the passwords are the same or else I would be even more confused!) So, in fact, I can post at this forum with either one. That is, I can post one message with one ID, and then another message with another ID. The forum really behaves like I have two separate accounts.

    However, it makes a difference which I use to log in at yourshapecenter. Either one *appears* to log in correctly. And if I look at my UbiSoft profile, they seem to be linked. Certainly my UbiSoft profile knows my GamerTag.

    The bottom line is: If I log in with my UbiSoft ID, then all I get from yourshapecenter is "couldn't retrieve your data." But if I log in with my GamerTag ID, then I can see my stats.

    What a mess!

    This is not the case with me. After I linked my Xbox Live account (Gametag) with Ubisoft I have always logged onto Your Shape Center with my Ubisoft username and password which are completely different from my XBox Live Gametag and password. And except for a time back in November when everyone was having issues with Your Shape Center, I have never had any problem loggin, syncing my stats or viewing my friends.

    I had the same problem yesterday. No amount of logging in and out would help. However, I woke up this morning to find my account active. Seems like it is just a delayed process (5+ hours) before the account is accessible on the ubi servers.

    I'm sorry, I said the wrong thing. If I log in with my gamer tag, then I get "couldn't retrieve your data". If I log in with my UbiSoft ID, then I get access to my stats. Which seems counter-intuitive to me (and I guess why I got it confused when I typed my explanation above).

    So we seem to be consistent: Be sure to log in with your UbiSoft ID, NOT your GamerTag.
