Hello guyz. I'm Ubi user from 3 months and I'm really disappointed. First i bough R6 Siege a lot of freeze and crash problems. On the beginning i think the problems is mine from my PC. But nope I've make brand new PC...
CPU - Ryzen 5 1600x
Motherboard Name Asus Strix B350-F Gaming
Ram:G Skill TridentZ F4-3200C14-8GTZ x2
Video card: GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB)
M2 slot:Samsung SSD 960 EVO 250GB (250 GB, PCI-E 3.0)
And the same problems I've send support ticked with my MSInfo and DXDIAG files. UBI soft send me some proposals which i must do. And I make exactly everything which the want. But Freeze and Crash it still here. I mean on R6 Siege. Then i bought For Honor on the beginning some crashes but without freezing just crash on the middle on the game.Not every day which i play but some days i cant play because of crashes. And finally after Season 5 everything became so disappointing.... Servers crash all the time. Guyz you know very well what i mean. Play one game and when the game is finish you have to leave the room and find another game because if you stay in this room you will be dropped on the start of the second match. Even some times the room freeze and nothing happen we just stuck into this game. Beliveme I start to give up from those games because the support from UBI Soft its almost 0. They don't make some fast fix updates the don't manage with their servers. I never seen before Pay Games with so poor support from their Admins and Developers.
Finally for what we pay?! Its not fear!!! If we don't pay we cant play this game but when we pay for those games what we've got? Crashes , unstable servers... And i think many others problems which I don't meet them yet. Because I'm not the only one with this kind of problems. Sorry about this post I'm really patient guy but after this day and all of those problems with the game I'm bored from UBI Soft and their support.
