Casual player: buy the whole game but can only play half of it

Hey my issue is that Im a casual player i dont play much because im in university all day. So i bought the advanced edition because i thought with a normal playtime i can unlock the operaters and can play everthing whats in the game. Yea screw that. For one of the DLC operater i need so long to farm that i havent even one after a week where i could play a little bit more than usual. The conclusion to this is that i can never play the whole game aka all operaters without paying more despite i bought the entire game. Also the Challenges say come back tomorrow and i only get one a day!? with this it takes me forever to unlock any DLC operater and thats just sad. I would be cool if the DLC operaters would cost less after some time because i really like the game but this is just demotivating or that you have just more challenges per day with more renown.
Please once think about the casual players who have jobs ans responsibilities they have to take care of and those who are only able to play 1 hour a day
Thank you very much that would be very kind should someone from Ubisoft actually read this.

The operators have always cost that amount for any edition. Once you play long enough you're rewarded with operators. You should be able to save up for them about ever 3-4 months which is how often they are released. As for challenges there are plenty weekly ones on the Ubisoft Club. https://club.ubisoft.com/en-US/game/...ONE/challenges
