Hi,

so ive been fighting with my game for the past few days. the error message saying that Servers unavailable for this version Ribera 30086.

basic info: game cd and bought all expansion through Playstation store

tried deleting and reinstalling, tried everything i could including the HDCP thing.. it keeps telling me that 1.16 is the latest version.

i have read and tried the few hints in the other threads but to no avail..

is Ubisoft planning an update patch? is there a solution that works?

already have a ticket open regarding the issue.. was originally thought to be a Port forwarding issue but since i noticed the the version number, i believe its stuck on that..

Update: Issue resolved "Kind of"

So luckily since i own a second ps4 on which i had never played the game or had any saved data on, I installed the game and created a new character and started driving around for a just a few moments. then on the home screen i selected the " check for updates" and it got me the version 1.17.

However this does not solve the issue i have on my primary ps4, but i have an idea to completely refresh the system (delete game, saved data, rebuild database) then try to fresh install the game and the update.
