    Scenario Styled DZ Encounters

Like I've said in other threads, maybe the approach is not "PvE only DZ!" but "PvE encouraged DZ". Like the contamination events, but much bigger - I don't want to use the word "raid" - but significant scenarios like an Incursion in the DZ (but less repetitive). There should be a dozen different ones, at reasonable random times. And with a better intro than "dunno why, but supply drops".

For e.g (made up on the fly here):

An LMB tank is hurtling down Park Ave. An Riker RPG comes in from a building and blows its tracks, sending it into a building. Rikers start pouring out of buildings and tunnels as an LMB chap pops the hatch to man the 50cal.
The LMB come swooping in on transport helos to extract it, rappelling to the ground and opening up on the Rikers. Several of them move to attach winches to the vehicle as others secure the area. Bosses from every faction and hunters will show up, it will be a glorious s-fight. If the helo and tank make it out, everyone loses. The tank can be dropped from cables (don't be underneath it) through some well placed shots/explosions, or the helo can be taken out for a spectacular boom that can be seen two zones away.

Player agents show up to secure the tank cargo for themselves. Every kind of player can have a role - tank, dps, ranged, healer / drawing fire, popping winches, killing and surviving, etc - and working together will far outweigh the benefits of not. Going Rogue will gain aggro from NPCs, and the 50cal, and inducing manhunt level. Heck, maybe even some JTF will be there.

Everyone who joins in will be rewarded (ala landmarks/c-events) with good non-contaminated gear, mats, and the boss drops. There can be the opportunity for PvP afterwards.

I don't think it's necessary to have rogue mechanics outside of the DZ. It would fall heavily against the main story.

Though I am hopeful for higher tiers, with hunters in the open. And maybe a few new enemy types.
