What's Going On? First Black Screen Completely Frozen, Can't Enter SPPD. Besides, all the other multiple serious issues with SPPD over 8 days, now the 1st black screen is frozen & we can't enter the game at all. Here is what's gone on for 8 days & nothing has been fixed: This broken game situation has been going on for 8 straight days now, & nothing has been done to fix this, & it's getting worse. The reason we are not happy, besides the fact that we spent some money on the game, is that we are perennially stuck on Ranks 26 thru 28 & then we get knocked down again to 26. Once we reach 28, this happens again because SPPD is broke & unplayable. To explain further: We were on Rank 34 last Friday, & we were just about to reach 35, when this started., so we assume that if the game was not broken we would be well on our way to Rank 50 by now. We have lost 8 ranks because of this. It's not a connection issue. Please fix. "Opponent Has Left The Game" over & over again X INFINITY & we get docked a point on rank each time this happens in PVP since last Friday. PVP opponent search lags. Cannot win a game then play another game, you have to X out of the game improperly, then log back in to play another game. Can't log out of game correctly. Can't move from screen to screen without the screen freezing & having to X out of the game improperly. Have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see the purple PVP pack appear to open. It takes sometimes 18 hours to play 3 PVP games to get a pack, when it would normally take no more than 30 minutes. This is not a connection issue, we have no problems with our other games. We see that you had a shut down the other day, & thought that you would have fixed the game then, & were surprised that this wasn't the case. Also, we see today "downloading assets", yet you haven't fixed it today either. If you look on the SPPD Forums, you will see many other similar Tech Problems there. Please fix. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that you are having these issues. The first issue that you describe, of the 'Black frozen screen", are you describing the issue when trying to join a PvP match or when starting the game?
We are aware of an issue causing some players to get stuck on the matchmaking screen and there should be a fix coming for that with the Big Feature Update, quite soon.
As for the other issues, can I ask what device you are playing on? Some of those issues occur when the device is unsupported or there is not enough memory on the device.
If you continue experiencing these issues, I ask that you create a support ticket with Ubisoft Support as they may have other users who have had the same (or similar) problems and can assist you further!

To Answer Its Just Buck: Bluestacks, Google Play. This is a brand new computer with terabyte, its not a connection issue or anything else with our computer, all of our other games are running fine. I think it is fairly obvious that this is system wide while reading this forum. The main issue, among the other issues is: "OPPONENT HAS LEFT THE GAME" X INFINITY. It takes sometimes 24 hours just to play 3 games to open up 1 Purple PVP pack because of this! This is what we don't understand. After 13 days of these tech issues & losing 2 major level ups on cards because of this, why are we on "waiting" status on our ticket? Shouldn't our case have priority after 13 days of this?
