I was just watching the last Warrior's Den (February 22) and I noticed something in the Road Map.

The last box for this week is called "Season V - Campaign 2". It almost looks like this is going to be some expansion for the campaign, but nobody talked about this part during the show.

Does anyone know what the Campaign 2 is going to be about?

Unfortunately it's actually referring to campaign 2 of faction war for season 5. Not story mode.

Campaign 2 is in reference to the second round of the Faction War. It is not an expansion upon the campaign.
