    i am also facing the same issue (ubisoftware unavailable) i have tried everything
    using different ip address(phone wifi and lan)(proxy settings)
    reinsalling
    firewall
    run as admin
    deleting host files
    task manager(looking some file running in background... couldn't find an)
    please help guys

    Can you try to flush your DNS too?

    If this doesn't help, can you try to change your e-mail via account.ubisoft.com too to see if this helps as it has been known to.

    You did it man! it actually worked, it may be a virus but a i dont know.. clicked open folder location and deleted everything related to the random letters process. Thanks

    nah you go to Detail and search that random letter and do right click and "Open FIle Location" and deleted all file inside and deleted folder as well.
