i followed every step on ubisoft's offical wedsite and i am still getting the same problem please help

Just to confirm, you tried clearing the Uplay cache via the steps here?

Hey guys, I had the same issue and figured it out.

Go to TASK MANAGER. And then look for a suspicious task running which is a random string of numbers and letters. Go to the service of that task, and then stop the service. I had two of these things running and had to stop both services. After that my Uplay is working fine again.

To the devs,

It seems to be a process that comes up when you visit suspicious sites which install malware on your pc. The malware in question installs on your pc and runs in your computer, preventing it from connecting to Uplay. Just so you guys know.

Are you able to try accessing from a different locations or IP address? For instance if you have a Mobile phone with Mobile internet, can you try setting up a Wifi Hotspot connecting your PC to it and trying to connect from there? Just is just to see if there may be something blocking your connection to our services.

Hi Ubi_Holz I'm facing the same problem here, and yes i have tried to access it from my mobile internet and it connected to the uplay, but when i connect it with to my home wifi it doesn't work, the "Ubisoft is currently unavailable" error poped out

If you're getting the 'Unable to connect to Ubisoft Services' error then it could be a number of things, it's a fairly generic error message.

If it's caused by an outage then we try post on social media within 15 minutes to let everybody know it's on our end.

If you don't see any posts from us then there's a good chance the issue is on your end. Reinstalling Uplay and trying the steps in our Uplay connectivity guide can help.
