I try to log in to my UPlay but it keeps saying this message. When I login on the ubisoft website it lets me but not on the launcher. I used thr right info and tried resetting my password but nothing is working. Please help

Me too I have the same problem when I tried to use the launcher and I saked my friend and he said that he could play and use the launcher

Are you still seeing these issues or have you now been able to connect again? Something it's worth trying is reinstalling Uplay via the steps here.

I can log in on the ubisoft club website and on the account managment but not on uplay
It keeps saying A ubisoft service is not available at the moment. you can try again later or switch to offline mode

Thanks for trying that.

Are you able to try accessing from a different locations or IP address? For instance if you have a Mobile phone with Mobile internet, can you try setting up a Wifi Hotspot connecting your PC to it and trying to connect from there? Just is just to see if there may be something blocking your connection to our services.

i have reinstalled uplay the game hotspoting and still nothing works is there are way to fix this

It was happening to me aswell i did a restart on comp and its working again

just check ghost recon wildlands wasn't working FIX delete programs files 86 ubisoft cache file now its working
