money were spent, but two golden premium packs were not recived
Hi, my game nickname is Kosmoxobot.
Today, about 30 minutes ago (~1.25 AM UTC+2) I tried to buy 3 golden packs (700$ game money) and I recived only one pack! I had 2310$ and now I have only 210, and recived only one pack=(
My steps were the following:
1. Open first pack - succesfull
2. Tryied to open second - I saw connection error.
3. Clicked to buy again - nothing happened
4. Clicked to buy third time - see masseage that it is not enough money.
5. Game was restarted - my current account show me 210$
What did I do wrong?
Why my money is not returned? What should I do to return it?
I like this game, I invited my friends to play this game. But I really confused at this time. And now I feel cheated. My money was stolen by some reason....and I don't know what to do...

If you feel you did not receive in game items that you purchased, you will need to contact Ubisoft Support and create a ticket with them.
