i watched at least 30 hours of the stream this year and havent gotten my diamond i got copper and bronze but not diamond and this was for the 2019 invite

i saw the entire 11 hour stream on day one half of the second and the entirety of the streams on the 16th and 17 and ive only received a bronze and copper charm no silver gold or any other i might haved earned

Hello, have the same problem. I have got gold charm after Feb 16. I whatched all yeasterday stream (Feb 17) but didn't receive any other charm (Platinum, Diamond)
Could you please check, what is the reason ?

I linked my uplay acount to my twich and watched the 11 hours of the stream but still have revieved nothing

I watched every min for all three days and only recived Gold charm.

All of your charms may not be showing on your account just yet. Give it another 12 hours, and get back to us if they still don't appear.

I got all the charms up to platinum, which is what Twitch told me I'd gotten. I actually had gold already before the last days stream which I definitely watched completely. Of course I have a lot of charms already, but I do have to wonder why I didn't get the diamond this time even though I basically watched all of it.

I've watch the whole 3 day and didn't missed any matches. However, i still haven't receive any in-game charm yet nor in my twitch inventory. I've linked my account and watch the correct stream. I always get the charm from past event without any problem.

I've watched at least 3 hours live for the 3 days of event and i still haven't got a single charm. All my friends have watched less hours then me but still they've got their charms. And yes, my ubi has been linked to my twitch account. Help ubi?
