Hi, I play this game with this pc spec: I7 7700k , gigabyte GTX 970 gaming G1 , 16 GB DDR 4 Corsair , monitor lg ips 23" (60Hz). fuul Hd (1980x1080 native)
My problem that I have stuttering if I have vsync on, but I don't like play without vsync off. For me playng means have always vsync on, I never play with off.
I tried every change with ( texture , shadows...) also change nvidia control panel but doesn't matter , the vsync kills the performance! the frame rate are 45-60 with very high, but the stuttering kill the playability, more when i drive vehicle. I must have vsyn off with frame rate limit set to 60, but isn't the same to have vsync on. Any suggestions?

Hey there,
Vsync will cap the FPS of your game to match the frequency of your monitor. It would appear that if you cannot exceed 60FPS then your monitor must be 60Hz. Sadly if this is the case, having vsync enabled will never result in FPS above 60. In order to exceed this cap you will need to disable vsync.

I already knew this. it's first time that i have to play a game with vsync off, this is disappointing. the gameplay is completely different with sync on or off. On console this game runs better than pc
