I can't get out of General Discussions Forum "Maintainance" in Chrome?!

I don't know if this is really a bug or just "real".
Everytime I try to acces https://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay....al-Discussions I get redirected to https://maintenance.ubisoft.com/

Now, the odd thing is, that Subforums, the Community Support and single Threads (through Search) work perfectly fine. I posted in the General Discussions. I just can't get to the Threads Ocerview page... Did someone just forget to remove the redirect? o_O Did I miss some obscure browser caching problem?

It happens since yesterday morning in Chrome on PC.
OKAY, I just tested in Edge and it loads just FINE. So what could be the problem with Chrome? Any tipps, please?

If someone else has this problem, here is the solution:

Open the 3-dots-menu in the upper right area of Chrome, go to More Tools -> Clear Browsing Data. In the popup I just selected "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Now the General Discussion is available for me.

I usually do not have such strange behaviour in Chrome.

Well i have this problem quite often with chrome. The reason seems to be that it caches more than other browsers. And if the website changes resources without changing the URL or at least the ETAG chrome often doesn't recognize the change which leads to inconsistencies/divergent versions if some resources are reloaded and others not.
