    So angry right...possible solutions only please.

    Please don’t post troll BS like “calm down it’s just a game”.

    So short version because I’m too pissed to type the long one.


    Bought the game...tried installing. SUPER SLOW despite my 100mb/s internet speeds that are testing fine.

    Game finally installs...doesn’t work. Get a splash image then just infinite spinning loading in bottom right corner.

    Figure it ran into issue installing. Uninstall and try again... 6 hours later (both installs)...and it failed again.

    So much for my day off...

    Sop it’s definitely a for honor issue.

    Just downloaded fortnite. Averaged 70mb/s. Would love some response to this issue.

    Bumping this thread for you in the hopes of someone with the know how to help sees it.

    Since you're downloading it I assume you're using the digital version of the game rather than a physical disk. As far as I know it should install correctly unless the internet connection drops or it loses some parts of the data during download. The speed could be something to do with Uplay's servers being sluggish or because you were downloading it while a bunch of other devices in your house were using the internet.

    If you haven't already tried it, I would suggest using a wired internet connection and try downloading and installing it again. The wired connection will give you the best speed and will give your device/console priority above any other wireless signals/connections.

    As EDG_Avocado said, contacting support would be the best thing to do in regards to your issue. They should be able to work with you to troubleshoot the cause of the issue and get the game up and running on your Xbox One. If you make a ticket with them, be sure to list out any troubleshooting you've already tried so that they can advise you further from there. I'm going to move this over to our Community Support forum as well.
