Game app keeps crashing

Crashed during locker opening. Didn't get my items. This is the 5th time today. I'm using Motorola G4 Android 7. Every new update brings new problems. Please for the love of god optimize this game. It has been almost a year since soft launch and problems like this are still happening. It's disgraceful.

Stuck in matchmaking loading screen. Lost several ranks because of this. Again why is this game so buggy? Its the only app that keeps crashing. I used to play games that are more hardware intensive and they ran fine on my phone. Reinstalling, clearing cache, restarting phone did nothing. This happened after the supposed stability patch a couple of days ago. Ironic.
