Dedicated servers fix most conectivity issues, who would have thought?

Shocking, is it not? If you had done this a year ago, you would probably have one of the most popular games in the world today. You could have dedicated more time and resources to bug fixing and balance instead of wasting time on fixing a broken network infrastructure that has proven to be crap in many games before for honor, especially in anything more than 1v1. Now if you would fix the memory leak issue, focus on balancing, polishing and new content, you will have yourself a pretty good game. Just this dedicated server fix means a world of difference to me. I like the new no insta death off a parry change a lot also.

A smart marketing move right now would be recruiting a few streamers to play the game (like you did at launch), support the already existing streamers (like iskys) by giving them giveaway copies (like you already did) and some in game currency and skin giveaways. Pay some of the streamers that used to play this game a lot to play it again for a week (like fairlight, sypher, gallahad and truetalent). It would do you a lot of good and it would be a minor investment.

And, a free Steel giveaway to everybody who's still active on For Honor and waited till the servers got finally implemented (and then waited more to get server issues patched out and have the servers fully operational). How does a 100,000 Steel giveaway sound? as a big "thank you" to their playerbase and loyal fans of the game.

It doesn't stop there. Upon doing this giveaway, they instruct their streamers and social media operators to do a callout that there's a "Period of Embrace"; meaning, after doing the giveaway to all the existing and active users, they allow a month for old players who left the game, to come back to the game; and if they do within a month, they'll get this giveaway too.

Bet you the playerbase will quadruple if they pull this off. If. Stressing on a big, bold IF. They won't.

But, if you feel like reading, I'll leave a link here. Something I created long ago and got ignored.

Dedicated servers will be coming to consoles in the near future, Dane520123. Be on the lookout for more information about an exact date to be coming soon.

'near future' means this month and not the next, right?

Ubisoft paying Clutchmeister to stream, now that would be something.
