    Game Crash During PvE Reward Lockers *15 times now*

    I play on the US servers, I have had the Game CRASH after beating a episode a total of 15, Yes 15 times today when it goes to the locker reward section.

    I have spent well over 400.00 real life american dollars on this game because I enjoy it, but When you take rewards away from me when i completed the level and you have no in game mail system to send those to me if the game glitches or crashes.

    If this is being worked on and tracked I have no issues but this game is a grind and when I have my rewards taken away by a glitchy game and not compensated its a lil unnerving.

    Make that 19 times now the game has crashed on the Victory screen when you hit Continue...

    So that's 19 sets of 3 lockers I'm owed.

    Don't spend money on this game until they fix all the bugs. I feel for you but who would spend $400 in a mobile game?

    Sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties, MarkeeMordred! Are you experiencing this problem with PvE rewards and PvP lockers, or only with the single-player episodes?

    I'll look into this issue, however I would advise that you open a ticket with Ubisoft customer support for additional assistance. They can be reached here: https://support.ubi.com.

    I have opened a ticket with them and its only PVE Lockers, if i get a game crash or disconnect during pvp rewards they ALWAYS pop back up but not once has the 23 sets of lockers I've lost in pve have, other day I lost a chance at a stan of many moons.

    So ya its a bit upsetting.

    it is working as intended and I will prove it to you! I will not say "the game" is working as intended, because I call a game a finished product and this is not! Neither a game nor a product or even a finished something !

    So here goes nothing :

    a fan player drawn to the franchise - Check !
    money spent - Check!
    Complaining on forums - Check !
    Answering back in a cliche statement, switching the blame back to the player or technical problems, but never back on developers - Check! * cause you know, admitting they screwed up will end up in them paying money, so deny and postpone till everyone abandons ship, than collect money from bank account and ride into the sunset !!!
    Redirecting you to the support - Check ! * I mean the support forums is redirecting you to the support, who will want from you a video or pictures, or it didn't happen! This is the best example of Catch 22!!!
    Not giving a specific time table on patches that will at least half the population of cheaters hackers exploiters, because if I tell you I will fix this in one year time you will draw back your money and run like hell, so this way, while you wait for the world to be better, your spending become non reimbursable - Check!
    New patch - more problems - Check! *SOMM - I have been lucky to have him on lvl 2 and as soon as I put him I can feel the despair and frustration on the other players, because the card is just ridiculously overpowered and not balanced and even updated without a second of testing !

    The only thing Legendary about this game is the support! and not in a good way!

    This forum has more posts than other Ubisoft games that are out for years with complains and ideas and what not and yet - nothing done!

    Seriously, you take my money and can't offer any support, guess doing a charge back is all that's left...
