Locked out of game bug, ubisoft support
Game was stuck on 97% loading for a week. Restarted game many times, redownloaded from playstore many time. Restarted everything and it would not move past 97%. After downloading from playstore numerous times over a week it finally loaded the game. I know I had no connection issue and tried using wifi and data and there was no difference. Everything else works fine no connection issues. This bug glitched me for days until the new update came out. Ubisoft said it's being investigated by development team but have not responded otherwise. I'm very upset having lost out on so much over a week. Being world rank every free gift, daily locker limits, donating limit, pvp packs, pvp tokens, Cartman coins, and card request are critical at this stage in the game. I've missed out on a weeks worth. Having spent money and ubisoft knowing this I hope they would step up and make this right to keep a loyal world rank player. In pvp it's obvious how much I've missed when I was was locked out and I believe I need some kind of compensation.
