Yeah, so, uh, I bought the year 3 pass. Operation Chimera has come and gone. And yet, lo and behold, there's Lion and Finka, still sitting there, charging renown or credits for content that I already purchased in order to unlock. I bought that damn pass TODAY. And even though I think I got the 600 credits, I damn sure ain't got nuthin' else. No renown boost. No headgear or uniforms. And neither of the already released Year 3 operators. When I look at the pass in the PS store page it says "Unavailable for purchase." When I click "Tell me more" it says I already own the content. Well that's funny because my operators are still locked and two of my daily challenge slots are too. How am I supposed to activate my content?
Is your game from a different location than your account? For instance if your account is from the US and you are using a UK version of the game. PlayStation Region lock their DLC content, so if the previous is true then you will not be able to access the pass content as it would only work if your account and game region matched.
Otherwise, the content may just not have installed properly. You can see details on checking this and installing it through the guide here
Pretty sure I have an American copy of the game. Although I can't find the region anywhere on the box. I live in the US and got it at a US Gamestop. As for the add on page, I went to it and the pass is not listed as downloaded or installed, just "unavailable." If I click on Tell me more it'll just say "You already own" the year 3 pass and something called year 3 pass POP. I have nothing in my notifications about a download. And of course this is after my 30 bucks went into it.
Oh wait. Here's something. Down here next to the Ubisoft address is a little globe thing, and I didn't take it for a region code because it didn't have a number on it. It says ALL. Well if THAT'S the case, then where is ALL my purchased content?

I've reported this to the Siege team and it's something thing that is being looked into. For the moment we're collecting some further information on this:
- Do you also own the Year 2 Season Pass?
- Do you own the physical or digital version of the game?
- What edition of the game do you own?

Have not been given anything as of yet myself. Purchased 2 nights ago and still nothing.
I did have the Year 2 Pass and my game is digital-US.
The agent I spoke with said this issue has been raised to the developers, but no comments have been made about it yet.
