Alright that's unusual and no buying from a laptop shouldn't make any difference.
I'd recommend to contact us via https://support.ubi.com and provide a photo of your proof of purchase: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/ge...-transactions/
They will then be able to look into this further for you.

I have the same problem but in PC and with Standard edition.
I bought it yesterday and checked my mails and tried to relog but got no code and there is notthing in my library.
I wrote 2 mails one for the support and one for a forum developer and 0 answer, i have sent them the picture about the payment.
I hope you can help me i dont want to pay for notthing.
