    i bought the year 3 season pass and i got nothing in game

    i just bought the year 3 pass few hours ago and when i open the game nothing happens but when i open the playstation store it says that i've already purchased this item please help

    Year 3

    Year 3 doesn't start officially start until March 6th. If you get anything before that date it will be the r6 credits. If I remember correctly, none of the rewards I got were available until y2s1 update was released.

    Hey,

    A quick way to tell if your Year 3 Pass will be active (and you don't have the Year 2 Pass) is to check whether or not it says VIP next to the Store tab on the main menu screen. Can you confirm if this is there or not?

    Okay thanks for clarifying this. Can you please head to your 'My Add Ons' section and check that the Year 3 Pass is listed there and it is installed to your console.

    I went to the add-ons and i didnt find my add-ons so i pressed view all and when i found the Year 3 Pass under it is written unavailable,when i pressed it took me to playstation store and it says NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE then i pressed tell me more >> then i pressed it,it said YOU ALREADY OWN THIS ITEM
    Is this problem happenning bacause i purchased it from a laptop??

    Alright that's unusual and no buying from a laptop shouldn't make any difference.

    I'd recommend to contact us via https://support.ubi.com and provide a photo of your proof of purchase: https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/ge...-transactions/

    They will then be able to look into this further for you.

    I am new here

    I have the same problem but in PC and with Standard edition.

    I bought it yesterday and checked my mails and tried to relog but got no code and there is notthing in my library.
    I wrote 2 mails one for the support and one for a forum developer and 0 answer, i have sent them the picture about the payment.

    I hope you can help me i dont want to pay for notthing.

    What's the issue you're having is it with creating a Support Case, are you still having issues?

    Generally we aim to respond to cases within 48 hours, but this can sometimes be extended.
