Many people I heard have been having this trouble I have never had this trouble until season 5 updates came out.i can't play the game what's so ever cant join friends and friends can't join me. I tried everything they suggested but still I can't get it back to green like I had all 4 seasons anyone else dealing with this ?

Similar story. Green all the way through, then when season 5 update came I am in yellow. Dont know why, tried everything they suggest in FAQ and Troubleshooting but its not my router or PC settings.

As you have tried to troubleshooting already, can you please create a case on the support website with images of the ports forwarded so we can look into this for you?
