So, after playing for a while, my PC decides to BSOD on me.
this only happens when i play Wildlands, and never under any other circumstances, and usually happen after 2+ hours of playing.
now.. someone might tell me its overheating, and i will tell you its not because the BSOD is for some reason tied to this
"0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL – iaStorA.sys" now my question is... how do i fix this?
and again, it happens only with this game, no other games, new or old that i have do this.
and yes i have the driver updated to the latest my system can have.
Memory test came out fine, as well did a memory benchmark.
so far what i have done is change the active driver for my SATA to the standard one, and not intel.
i have tried to get completely rid of rapid storage, but so far that has been.. difficult.
not had time for any extended game sessions yet to test if this has fixed the issue though.
Hey,
Can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation?
Thanks.
i did.
they said nothing they could do and that it was a windows problem, which i find strange since this is the only game that does this.
anyways. i finally managed to get completely rid of Rapid Storage, and it seems to have fixed the problem all together.
