No connection error after 1st PVP, stuck trying to open card pack. | Forums

I'm new to the game, playing on iPhone 6 with the most recent iOS. After the 1st PVP, when I try to open the card pack, I get a "no connection" error.

I've restarted my phone, cleared cache, deleted/reinstalled the game. I have a strong WIFI connection (even sat the phone directly on top of the router), I also tried using my LTE data, same error every time I try. I am stuck at this screen.

I've had this same issue since they released the game back in November. No matter how many times I delete and download, I get the same issue for the connectivity issue. I've sent a ticket to support and go a message of "This issue has been forwarded up to the development team for further review." But clearly nothing has changed, and I've done a couple different system updates too. I just want to play this game!

Still experiencing this glitch on Android 8.0, game version is 2.4.2. I can't complete PVP tutorial, clicking on getting free deck will show Kenny error.
