I think I need something new to PVE and I know you're going to add a new stuff into PVE in near future. So here is my suggestion.

How about adding protecting tain mission? You will attack a train base and jump onto a train with supplies and take it to a station of a rebel army. On your way, you'll be attacked by enemy. They try to stop and take back the train by shooting from sky, or getting onto it from cars. Also sometimes your train stops beccause of a trouble so you have to fix it, preventing them from climbing it. GRW has a beautiful scenery and very long train rails, so this will be a remarkable content.

I don't know if this needs a hard working such as tuning the game engine, because you die if you touch a train so far, but I think this is going to be fun.
Maybe you've already done, but please consider this idea. Thank you for reading.

Sounds good, I always felt with the nice looking trains you see once in a while, that it's a shame they're just for looks.

Sounds like you mean protect it while onboard, vs actually escort it though. Escorting it would be via vehicles, like the convoy escort vehicles do. I think being onboard would be much better.

Love the idea, navetan. I do think it's a tough ask to ride beside the train in a separate vehicle, as the terrain is so variable.
