It's become a PAIN to have to jam the continue button for 10 whole seconds just to reach a menu that lets you do anything. Just the very last menu alone is more than enough to show you your progress and acquired equipment, I have absolutely no idea why we need the flash and flair. You only have 50 seconds in between matches to quickly check/dismantle/equip your loot but in actually you only get about 40 seconds. And after it takes you another 5 seconds yet again to get into the hero customization screen. But let's say you don't customize, even just to dismantle the loot you've picked up takes 5 seconds per item! So you only get between 35 - 30 seconds of post/pre battle prep! Yeah I can back out to do all that... But with the game as empty as it is at times I just want to quickly check out my hero's in the lobby so I can avoid the minute wait to find another one!
Never really thought about this until now, but... It really is true. I always find myself slamming the spacebar like it's going out of style (mouse & keyboard warrior, sue me). It's especially bad if you're like me and do a bunch of orders all in one go and end up leveling up like 5 times at the end of the round, getting spammed by items and level up indicators while the rest of the team has already readied back up.
Thanks for suggesting this as a specific change. Are there any other time saving changes/cut corners you guys would like to see for the post-battle menus?Originally Posted by Tyrjo Go to original post
The whole flashing "congratulations! level up!" has to go, even more if you complete orders when you are just level 1 or 2 and you gain 4 more levels... it comes out again and again!
also the thing that you have to hold to dismantle it makes no sense... if i press to dismantle just show me "you sure? [yes] [no]" so i can just double click and i dismantle it, or if you really want to keep the filling thing .. make it WAY faster!
agreed with everyone, that's the reason you dont manually deploy troops. sometimes you dont even have time to check for new orders.
