Unless you count the outage, which mentioned nothing about servers, yes it is a pc only post

Monday, February 19, we will perform a maintenance at 9h00 AM EST - 9h30 AM EST (14h00 UTC to 14h30 PM UTC) to activate Dedicated Servers on PC. This maintenance is expected to last 30 minutes. During this time, PC players will not be able to access For Honor.
