R6 credits not showing up | Forums

I tried to buy 1200 R6 credits to support the game about 45 minutes ago and the credits haven’t appeared on my account I tried restarting the game but it didn’t work can you fix this please. I have also checked it the payment went through and it says that 7.99 was deducted from my account

I ordered r6 credits and it says in the notification tab that I got them but they don't show up in my balance.

Good day sir. I'm a player of Rainbow six Siege and I was just wondering why so many players like myself experience this problem of buying rainbow six points and not receiving them immediately. It's been two days and I've followed up with the support ticket and I still haven't gotten ANY of my rainbow six points. I purchased from PSN 2670 R6 points for 19 dollars and another one from amazon. It's still not showing up. Can you explain why this is happening and why are so many players experiencing this?

i have the same problem and i have a email from xbox confirming the purchase and on my bank statement sort it out ubisoft

With this I would suggest contacting our support team directly on our support site as they would be more suited to assist you than myself over the forums.
Please include any proof of purchase you have when you do as it allow us to investigate this swiftly.
