    i havent got the update that crashed the whole event yet but, since we enter the last week of the event i had already 2 trackrenew problems, both with boosters... Its a good suggestion to tell everyone sffected, not to use gems until you fix the problem and with a small compensastion everything is fine.. Now most of us have quite a few of them wasted like this..
    good luck in solving these events issues and problems with the majority of your players satisfied..

    Any news on the compensation captain? I know you have other issues at the minute but you did say we’d receive in 2 days...

    I’m out of gems since yesterday and 8k love short of 40k. I have no chance of finishing the event unless I receive the compensation or spend 5 quid on 200 gems (which I really don’t want to do for obvious reasons). Delaying the bunker season and it’s gem rewards hasn’t helped my plight either.

    Really feel for those who’ve lost event progress. I’ve been around since beginning, this event by far the worst I’ve seen. Extremely unfair and completely broken, winning combination👌

    I'm really trying my best to stay positive here, but I just got screwed again.

    Woke up, opened game, went into bunker to get my season awards (73 diamonds, Black Forest, some other stuff). Looked around bunker area to see new prizes, then went to town.

    At that point I got my server saved game notification. The server version had less coins but about 30 more diamonds, so I picked it (as we're trained to do). But, I lost my season awards.

    I suspect we each got 100 diamonds? That would explain why the difference was about 30 off.

    Can I somehow get my season rewards again?


    I think Black Forest was supposed to be in this area somewhere...
