It's happened to me 2x in a row now. Every time I get an alert that "event tracks have refreshed" I log in to find out the only thing that's refreshed is the timer.

Getting the same issue now. Pretty annoying. Waste of gems. Feel for you guys who've had the issue all event. Any chance of a reply from a mod? I don't remember the last event that went smoothly.

Happened to me twice today, and at least once every couple days for the whole event. Gems cost money ffs, someone really needs to comment on it

Sorry for the delay in response here, Riders. We’ve been aware of this issue, and are working on it.
A workaround - please only enter the event through the World Map, and click the tab above to pull the menu down and proceed (thanks, justinman114).
Another workaround for users on Android devices only - could you try clearing the game cache and reset the date and time to Automatic? Please confirm if this works out. If not, please get in touch with me separately, and we’ll figure out the best solution for you.
@Derplan - The Support button has shifted to the FAQ section (under the answers for FAQs). It has not been removed from the game. You can raise a Ticket with ease, or you could inbox me and I’ll take care of any game problems you might be having too.

funny how the bugs always "damage" (not to use a word starting with F or S) the player, never ubilynx...
can't we have a bug one time that makes it take only 1 hour to regenerate tracks for example?

I hate how the timer will stop or reset. run the tracks right before bed and when I wake up still have 3 hours left and I slept for 6. seems about everyday it happens
