"The Widow Maker is kind of a battering ram on wheels, it really allows you destroy everything in your path..."

....meanwhile the truck is shown being abruptly stopped in its tracks as it hits a couple of low stone walls. Thought that was pretty funny.

Yeah, what a dumb decision. At least they've made almost every conversation skip-able; that's a welcome feature for people who want to replay the campaign.

Wait, whats the dumb decision? There has always been an option to turn the radio off, maybe not in FC3, but FC4 you totally could, and it's been a known function in FC5 since e3...

It all depends if its intended to be as it was in FC4 in that Key To The North mission for example - remember? That gawd awful "song" that played for the mission (even if music was off); you had no option to turn if off and it played all the way until you blew up the truck, even if you got out of the truck it continued to play.

It might have been glitched; but I doubt it. I'm willing to bet it was intended as the mission "music", whether you wanted it or not.

For simple free-roaming I'm just hoping it's like FC3 - you turn off the radio once, and that's the end of it, unless you turn it back on; unlike FC4, as been previously mentioned.

Some animals are drugged, stronger and look demonized.
I know i'm late, but just browsing these threads makes me pumped. I don't watch the gameplay videos to avoid spoilers but the animals are drugged? lol. So I get to fight a coked out bear? This outta be fun. And I like it because the animals will be tougher. I think the animals are typically the most challenging antagonists in FC. Not so much the humans. I want them to be OP to challenge the player even more this time around.

Also in FC3 but the issue is that it defaults at ON so you had to switch it off each time; totally dumb. In GTAV the system remembers the last car radio state.

Yeah, I always found that annoying to have to constantly turn off the radio off each time but at least you could.

Funny thing.... GRW had radios throughout the game world (not just in the cars). Ubi had so many complaints that they added a global option to turn them off in one of the early updates.

Well that's far more realistic, yet another example of how realism can actually be a bit annoying at times, haha. I was never bothered by the radios at all myself, just another part of the world...

I'm not sure that cars today have their radios on by default...
