while customizing my heroes to implement individual effects to different actions, i noticed effects and executions that were unlocked before the update were no longer available to me. before the update, i had purchased the multi-colored circular arc effect for my lawbringer's pony emote.the arc effect is now unavailable to me. before the update, i had purchased the eat dirt execution for my conqueror and it is also now unavailable to me.

has anyone else noticed this? is there any way for devs to verify?

solved:

missing effects and executions aren't missing..... just some are on my ps4 account and others are on my pc account. i'm an idiot...

Yes, as you found out, content on one platform cannot be used on another.
