A few suggestions on the variety

    THE VS SCREEN
It's been a year since we all see our characters only from one and only left side during the VS screen. It's getting old tbh. Suggestion: make the position of your chartacter on whether you are on the Defender's side or the Attacker's side. Because some animations look better when the character is performing top heavy, instead of right heavy, and I'd like too see my mains perform both of those (The loading in For Honor sometimes takes almost the same time as the fight, so a little more variety is a way to go).
    PRE-DLC CHARACTERS' SOUND SETS
All pre-dlc characters have different sound sets for when they are allies and enemies. DLC characters don't. I, personally would love to hear my and my teammates' berserkers whistling and grumbling during emotions and executions like our enemies' berzerkers do. (The sound set for enemy characters are always more interesting because they ACTUALLY speak their language and make a much bigger amount of expressions. Warlords even have 1 extra phrase when they are enemies and perform jumping heavy attack, so that makes a total of TWO (e.g. dlc characters have at least FOUR phrases) phrases for the character in total, but when you play the character you hear only ONE. The more variety the better. Suggestion: make our characters a little more lively and make them actually use the full sound set, not only enemy characters.
THE ONE AND THE SAME MODELS FOR EQUIPMENT

This argument is pretty old. It's about armor that characters wear. 3 model sets for the head peice, 3 for the body part, all the rest is just reskins, added spikes and so on. But the models are actually lacking. I know that there is a certain style to each of the characters, but the heart is yearning for more and more variety. Especially Raider's and Conqueror's head pieces (All raiders and conqs look the same ingame). Suggestion: let us get hands on more models of equipment. This process isn't easy and fast, but let's hope for the better future, the incoming seasons.

I wholeheartedly agree; we need actual new armors. No more recycles with spikes/gold trim.

They've stuck to recycling and reskinning gear, particularly armor, ever since the game came out. We were promised new gear by S4, yet they proved more reskins/recycles. The weapons, too, bear recycling all too often. It was apparent during the Frost Wind festival, and it is apparent in the new S5 weapons as well.

This, unfortunately, is part of a bigger, colossal issue concerning gear design for the heroes. Some heroes, like Warden, Raider, Berserker, Warlord etc, completely lack lower torso and leg armoring / padding. You remain on the default footsoldier / thug fit even though your upper torso is all legendary with engravings and whatnot. It looks funny. The staggering, stark visual difference is hilarious and disastrous customization-wise.

    I agree in every aspect!

Also maybe having more then one always same cutscene for Dominion for victory/losd would be great ^^

    more suggestions

    MINION KILLS

One more problem in the game concerning variety is that there are some pre-dlc characters that have a lot of animation sequences killing minions. DLC characters always have the same sequence, so they feel pretty limited. Suggestion: introduce more animations for killing minions for dlc characters and some pre-dlc that also have a limited amount of them (Warlord, Valkyrie, Lawbringer...)
    FACTION-ONLY FEATS

A little far-fetched, tbh. I always feel robbed when my bare-chested raider runs slower than, for example, full-plated Lawbringer, and my only option is to have the Rush feat to keep up. Not only I consider the fact illogical, I have to sacrifice Tireless or even Body Count feats. The idea of having faction-based feats isn't bad, but only if the feats are balanced between factions. They aren't in the current state. But the better design would to balance feats not among factions, but among classes. Vanguards, Defenders, Assassins should have equal in strength feats. Only Hybrids should have mixed options.

I also don't like how all the minions of a faction look completely the same. Basically 100% copy-print-work.

Even the scratches of the helmet of the knight minion are the same on every other knight minion ... honestly wasn't there time or resources to make them look a bit different and creat a few more models or even give the player ways of costumizing them with little details?

    ubi pls respond

    CAMERA ANGLES

New executions come and go [valk, jk], some are better, some are worse. A number of S1 executions still look badass. But the thing that is getting old is fixed camera angles. Players (too) often get to see nothing but a wall, or a barrel when they are performing executions. But more importantly, players don't see what's happening around them and they get attacked unawared. It wouldn't be a problem and executions would be even more rewarding if you could prepare yourself to what is coming to you, while executing. Still, there are terrible camera angles in the game, like Warlord's Attitude Ajustment (the execution rocks, the camera sucks), so, for the variety sake, give players an option to be able to move camera during executions. Because there are less and less reasons to perform them on the battlefield, which goes against the game design.

    AI

When players face bots, lvl1 and lvl2 use some basic custmization with no ornaments. Lvl3 bots use ornaments, but pre-dlc characters have always the same ornament which is from the story mode, bots who play dlc heroes have access to all ornaments. Pre-dlc heroes need some customization justice! Also, bots never use effects. Maybe at least lvl3 bots should be allowed to do that? It's not so unusual to face an AI in the game, since there are so many leavers... it would be just a little more interesting if they looked like a customized player.
