When I join games VS AI, I see People put their Controller away so their character only attack and nothing else.this is only to not get kicked from game. could this possibly be fixed? its ruining for New players and others who actually try to learn some heroes.

We're improving our player reporting dialog, which in 1.19 will include categories like Inactivity/AFK and Cheating/Botting. These reports are reviewed on a daily basis.
